Cell outline showing up at start of 2nd page

Hi, i have a worksheet where at the last row on the first page has cell outlines on the top and bottom. For some reason the cell outline seems to have gone to the top of the 2nd page......not sure why. You can see this when you go to print preview.

Not sure how to fix this. i tried playing with the cell outlines and this did not help so now i am thinking maybe its somethign else but i just dont know.

Any thoughts?

so i think ifixed it.....initial testing looks good but have to do more.

Turns out the problem is this (so i think....): You have a row of cells (lets say this row is Y) as the last row on a page. This row (Y) of cells has a border around it.
This row has top, bottom, right and left borders. The row below (Y+1) turns out also has boarder but only "Top". So what i did was select row Y of cells. Then i removed the
BOTTOM border from this row. THen i went and added the bottom only border. What i think (i say think) was happening was i had a bottom border in one cell and for the cell below
i had a top boarder. So if you can remove the top border and only have the bottom border it should work.
