Please advise if there is formula to calculate the cumulative number of days worked by employees from a particular company? For example, if 5 employees have joined on five different days in June and I would like to calculated the total number of days worked in June, how can I do that? I have attached the spreadsheet for your reference. I would like to know the total number of days worked by NOVA employees in June.

Here is a way: =SUMPRODUCT((Table15[Company]="NOVA")*(MONTH(Table15[Date of Transfer])=6))
You can change "NOVA" and 6 with cell references. 6 is the month no.
