How to suppress only "NA" from a cell and leave the Dates intact

    Hi All,

I have a column "A" which contains Dates. Given the data set where there are no dates available it shows "NA".
How can I suppress the "NA" and leave the dates.

    Thanks

It is not clear how the "NA" gets into those cells, but you could use Find & Replace (CTRL-H) on column A to replace NA with nothing in one simple operation.

    Hope this helps.

Glad to help. If that takes care of your original question, please take a moment to select Thread Tools from the menu above and to the right of your first post in this thread, and mark the thread as SOLVED.
