Changing two or more data points in one cell using Autofill

I am new here as well as with the MS excel. How can I use the auto-fill function for changing the different values in ONE CELL.

    For example, the data is

Vintage 80th birthday shirt - September 1940 Shirt - 80 Years Old Birthday Gift
Vintage 79th birthday shirt - September 1941 Shirt - 79 Years Old Birthday Gift
Vintage 78th birthday shirt - September 1942 Shirt - 78 Years Old Birthday Gift
Vintage 77th birthday shirt - September 1943 Shirt - 77 Years Old Birthday Gift
Vintage 76th birthday shirt - September 1940 Shirt - 76 Years Old Birthday Gift

I want to automatically change the 80th, 1940 and 80. Hope you guys understand and help me save hours of work on a daily basis.
I have uploaded an image also for your reference. I tried but it's not working. I saw many videos but no one talks about that. I may be missing something. Hope you guide me.

I don't think you can do that. I think Excel will only adjust one figure ... but you have a bigger problem two of the series are decreasing and one is increasing. Maybe try splitting the three elements into separate columns which you can Autofill and then concatenating the three columns to get the combined result you are looking for.

You could use Text to Columns with the hyphen as the delimiter to split the cells.
