Color chart data points/marker points vba error

I am trying to change the color of my charts data/marker points to reflect the color of the status column in my table. If the status is completed the color should be green and if the status is in progress/pending it should be yellow. I am having difficulty getting the vba code to work. I am new to vba coding and cannot figure out what to do past this point.

Should I be adding this as a module of the project timeline? When I entered the code it still did not change the marker or data points? See attachment.

I apologize but I really don't understand what that means. Should I be creating a macro for it?

Okay thank you. I ran it from the macros dialog and selected run and it still did not change colors when I changed the text in the status column.
