10 is not an Office version - which do you have? If your version is relatively new, then you can use SUMIFS and MINIFS for these calculations.

Thank you for your consideration and time, i am using MS office excel 2010. i cannot catchup your idea. In the attached file i need 'Output' part and seeking following solutions:
(1) running count of each events (PET in file) either it occurs in single date or continuous increasing date until it breaks. After break of date another count will start and so on,
(2) Finding sum and minimum values for each count (event wise)
(3) finding start date and end date if there is break in event. If there is one date of one event then only such date is mention in start or end column
