Hi All,
I'm just below an intermediate level on excel. I can do some basic formulas, V look-ups with a bit of memory jogging and pivots are all good. I've been tasked with creating a form for a client. This form on the front end is simple, in that the prospective employee will fill in the boxes as a mix of numbers and text/drop-downs.
The bit that i'm struggling with is that my client wants a mirror form that when they fill in the front end will effectively score them on their competency. So it may say: 'have you ever worked with excel'?, If they choose no, it would give them a low score and mark with red. We do not want the person filling in this form to see the scoring, because the'll see the score or the colour and think 'there's lots of red's here - i'll lie on a couple to make the form look better'. It will have to be registering their answer simultaneously to their input if possible on a separate sheet. Can there be a password protected sheet that marks this that they cannot access but the client can easily view this when it is returned?
I assume that the background form will be mainly based on conditional formatting which i'm ok with - it's the mirroring and protecting the score from the person filling in the form that i'm struggling with.
Thanks in advance!
