IF Statement help

Hello All,
Attached I need some help crafting an IF statement. I need help writing a IF statement in cell M9. The statement needs to calculate the formula that is currently in M9 (=IFERROR(-F9/L9," ") only if the cell value in I9 is "Annual". If the value in I9 is anything other than "Annual" then place a 0 in M9.

Try =IF(TRIM(I9)<>"Annual",0,IFERROR(-F9/L9,""))

Maybe try

=IF(I9="Annual ",IF(L9,-F9/L9,""),0)

There is an extra space in I9


Extra space is removed
=IF(I9="Annual",IF(L9,-F9/L9,""),0)
