Logic Test if More than a specific Hours then Displays Yes/No

    Hi All,

Seeking assistance to all Excel Guru out there to assist us in doing a check to determine wither an employee passed their target time on system 7.10 hrs per day

We have a report that displays their Labor time (Time on system)
What we did is do an IF Formula but if you do that in a pivot table it seems stuck in 9/3/2020 and does not follow the dates accordingly

    Attached is a sample file

No real expertise on pivots, but if you paste Column C "as values", does the problem persist?

The goal is have this check all 68 agents who pass or not without checking the time manually
We created the formula so we can submit it to our directors who pass the requirement and who did not

We are creating a template so we can submit this report regularly

I get the idea, but you're still in the problem solving phase..

As im not skilled in Pivots, i cant debug the actual issue in your file.
IF the problem persists "with flat pasted data" (paste values), you know its not in the formula.
Then its most likely something like the shape of your table/headers on the third row, that kind of things.
