It looks like you are on Microsoft365.
Are you sure you want a Venn Diagram? Here is an example of a Spreadsheet Venn Diagram. In sheet2, formulas winnow out which items intersect each of the three circles. This sheet can be hidden if you are sharing this workbook. In Sheet2, for example for the intersection of A and B

Then in the designated cells, i.e. J12, you would need an Arrayed formula

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Click on About Excel box to see the version.

If you are looking for a simple solution to simply put linked texts into your 3 circles, then insert text box into the circle and linked the text box to a cell containing the concatenated texts.

I need a bit of help to create a Venn diagram using Excel data. Attached is raw data that I have. Basically I am trying to show the interaction between three products. The number represent the number of people that buy each product, 2 of them or all three. Has anyone got a recent template that can be shared?
