How to unlink data

Hello everyone,

I'm copy pasting a lot of data among different excel files. And sometimes the columns are linked among files ( if you change the original file, the new one would change automatically ). What thing I can do in the new file to make sure I dont have any link with external files ( if I forgot to paste as values ).

A manual way to do this is to do a Find, Within Workbook, Find All for the [ character. You will still have to select each one, copy and paste values.

Someone may have a VBA solution for this.
