Count Days in Multiple Months

Hi,
Is there a formula to calculate the number of days in a number of months. For example if you had the following months the answer would be 153. I dont want to add a row/column to my spreadsheet and enter the days
Jun-20
Jul-20
Aug-20
Sep-20
Oct-20
