emphasize cell border

Hi!
I have a problem with my eyes, and I work a lot in excel.
My question is how can I emphasize the borders of the cell where I am working, no the format (borders and conditional format) , so when I move from one cell to another It will be easier for me
to know where "I am in standing in the sheet".

which will do what you want (and more).
