Tracking Product Expiry Dates

Dear All

We have stocks in with various expiry dates and we maintain our stocks on a FIFO basis. Need help to track how many units to their respective expiry months as follows:

So, the first table (stock movement) you can do with a Pivot, right ?

In terms of populating the expiry month - using the file as provided - the below would generate your expected results:

obviously the grand totals you could just sum rows above

I am sure the more savvy Pivot folk can probably do the same using some calculated fields etc - but, hopefully, this helps you to some extent.

Yes, I can do the Pivot for the stock movements and indeed it would be great if Pivot can do the expiry tracking as well.
