Publishing PDF with 2 sheets on one page

    Hi All,

Pretty simple one here which I've never been able to work out how to do.

I have a file which has numerous sheets that are made to fit an A3 landscape page. I then have some sheets which fit an A4 portrait page. I'd like to publish or print to PDF with the A4 sheets side by side on an A3 page.

Is there a simple way to do this without actually copying all the information of the second sheet over to first sheet in order to publish them side by side?

    Thanks, Jake

what do you mean by an a4 sheet? a4 = cell? a4 = sheet name?

A4 is the size of the paper in the printer

A4 is a standard paper size, Adam. As with date formats, the US does paper sizes differently to almost all the rest of the world!

Well, nothing, obviously ... However, if you are working in an international arena, you need to be aware of these differences. We know what you do differently, and you need to know what we do differently.

well, but I don't work with anyone in the international arena regarding excel. that's only happened one time. but then again, I work with like 10 different platforms. working with excel is not necessarily a money maker for me. =(

Correct, it's the paper size, or in this instance the PDF page size.

To put it simply, I'm trying to publish two excel worksheets to the one PDF page.
