    Leap Year function problem

    Leap Year function does not work correctly. Simple sheet attatched

    Change the formula in A3 to:

    =IF(MONTH(DATE(YEAR(A2),2,29))=2,A2+1,A2)

    Or in A2:

    =EOMONTH(DATE(A1,2,28),0)
