Creating a [reverse] hyperlink that takes me to a specific cell in excel from visio

Hello friends,

I am basically looking for a hyperlink that works in reverse.

Instead of me creating a hyperlink inside of a cell and clicking on it which takes me to an external webpage,
I want to click on a link in an external source (Visio) and it take me to a specific cell in my workbook.
I have a visio diagram with various shapes and objects, I also have an excel table, both on 365 and hosted on the same sharepoint folder. I want to be able to click on a visio object (hyperlink) and it take me to a specific row or cell in excel.

is this possible?
