Enabling Tab to move to the first column of the next row

I am typing lines of code, from column A to E tabbing through each and I need to find a way to make the tab after cell E1 go to A2, then A2,B2,C2,D2,E2,A3,B3, etc. I found an old post about unlocking the cell range and then protecting the workbook but this did not work for me (or I did it wrong which is possible.)

I figured out a decent way to deal with this. Just populate the far right column with something, like periods or semicolons. Hitting enter will then drop to the first cell in the next row instead of the next cell down. I still can't tab circularly but it's better than control-left or clicking.
