    Power Query Grouped Running Total

    Hello!
    I wasn't sure where to direct questions related to power query / power BI, so that's why I'm posting over here... maybe they might need their own sub-forum in the future.
    I'm trying to get a running total of debits and credits based on different accounts. I've followed this post;

    myonlinetraininghub.com/grouped-running-totals-in-power-query

    earlier yet I get a non-matching number of column numbers to column names. I've successfully managed to get a full column running total following, again, this post;

    myonlinetraininghub.com/quickly-create-running-totals-in-power-query?unapproved=84784&moderation-hash=eb093d002b2b0e2a438c498884391eb5#comment-84784

    Again, thank you for the help in advance.

    Welcome to the forum.

    We’d like a separate forum section, but so far, the tech team have failed to provide one.

    This is all a bit cryptic - what thread were you following?

    Hi Ali, not sure what you mean by thread, but I've been following the walkthrough, provided in the first link in my earlier post. It is about writing a bit of M code to get grouped running totals in a Power Query editor. If you open the attached .xlsm , in the Power Query editor, -oh, crap you don't get the query connections do you- ofcourse, my fault. Any who here is the bit of code I came up with which throws me an column-column number mismatch error. thank you for reaching out!
