I need help with finding out why only half my graph chart table headings are appearing

I am having issues with multiple excel chart tables. In half of my graphs that have tables, only some of the headings are appearing. As you can see from the image below, only a few of the months are appearing in the table when all of them should be there. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
