When I go in to the print menu, then page setup menu, the paper size drop down is darkened and there is no drop down available. It is also stuck on custom page size in the print menu, and when I try to pick a different page size it defaults back to custom. This is seemingly happening only for one particular file. Can anybody help me fix this file? Thank you

Never seen that before!! What happens if you save under a different filename; close Excel and re-open? Has this happened only once? Only today?

It doesn't help unfortunately. We've tried multiple different PCs, users, printers... all the same result.
Are there any macros in the file?
Yes, there are macros.
You'll need to check them over. I'd bet you a dollar or two that one of them is setting the page size...
If you can't spot it yourself... post the code here and someone (not me... a VBA numpty) will hopefully spot it for you.
I don't think I see anything in the macros. Here is the code...

OK. Even an Excel numpty like me can't see anything odd there.... apart from what looks like a a pile of redundant scrolling instructions.
