    Expenses Tracking Formula

    Good Morning.

i am putting together a very simple profit and loss spreadsheet. this shows total product sales and various tabs for different outgoings.

Only 2 people are involved in this (MP & PW)

For each tab of outgoings there is a column which shows who has purchased a particular item.

For example the tab Red Grape Juice shows that MP spent SR554 within February.

I would like, if possible, to capture the expenses incurred by each person in the "Expenses Owed" Tab and to automatically populate when an entry is made on any of the out goings tabs

    Red Grape Juice
    White Grape Juice
    Jam
    Pepsi-7up
    Grapes
    Yeast
    Misc

the idea being that if there is an entry in any of the above tabs showing MP or PW within the purchased by column, the expenses tab will be populated within the relevant table.

Thank you all in advance for your help.

Title is fine, but your explanation of what you want and sample workbook devoid of any indication of expectation are what are preventing you from getting help - sorry. No idea what you want!
