Referencing Query list

I have been scouring the internet but with no luck......

I have 2 queries that are pulling data from two separate files which are housed in Sharepoint.

In power query, is there a way to filter only rows based on a criteria/list from another table.

Rows (even if duplicate) to be extracted from "Data" table should be any Support Coordinator listed in "Reference list". So essentially all rows in "Data" that have Mandy Wigington, Meagan Sopata, Diane Parson and Elizabeth Angel.....leaving correct result as in "Filtered data" table.

1. Load the reference list table to PQ as connection only.
2. Load the data table and merge with the reference list using a right outer join type.
