Charts disappearing in Excel 365 / Windows 10

When I have a texture pattern or picture for the background of a chart the entire chart disappears. See below:

(Search YouTube for "excel 365 problem")

The was a new file with basic data for demo purposes. I'd recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now this happens. It's a bit distressing to see all of your charts GONE when you open your files.

Any ideas?

PS. Well, I tried to post a link to a screen capture of me demoing the problem but first-time posters are not allowed it seems.

Works perfectly fine for me (see attached). Baackground texture added to the chart exactly the same was as in your video.

Could you attach your file with the "invisible" chart so I can check if I can see it?

Huh. I tried to upload a test file but this site will not allow me to post either an attachment or a link. However, opening your file suggests something might have broken upgrading from Windows 7 to 10 as I cannot see the graph in your sample.

Perhaps uninstall and reinstall Office 365?
