How to set telephone numbers in Excel to 'click to call' in VOIP app?

Hello everyone,

I have a rather simple question.

I want to add a Click to call function on cells that have telephone numbers, and when I click them, it opens the voip programa ready to dial.

The program is called 'MicroSIP', and here's a screenshot just to illustrate
