paste data to other sheet

Dear All
I would appreciate your help regarding the attached file which provide a sheet for data entry tracking on daily basics the colum B provide the name of the sales employees
what i would like to do is to open different sheets in the same workbook each sheet will provide the entered data of each sales person and whatever data is entered in the DATASHEET it will be provided in the other sheets according to each sales person. I tried to use the vloopup and the index match but still no succeed
please be informed that each employee is having several dat aentry and this what i couldn't solve
