How to copy data with formula and paste another sheet as paste spl -value only

i have to copy some data from a worksheet and to paste it special the value only(data from I4:I13 to be copied to another worksheet named "find the value" . how can i do this ? a method other than-copy the data and maually paste special. attached sample.xlsx

thanks for the reply..excuse me for asking sill questions (as you may think). I am totally ignorant about the macros. kindly tell me how can i know the name of the macro.(click on the macro name--as you suggested)

lets try another way. Attached is the macro. In the workbook you want to insert it, you would need to do:

ALt-F11
click on the insert option
click on the module option
paste the entire macro there
