Inserting a Picture as a background

Hi there everyone,

I want to insert a picture as a background on to my excel spreadsheet. When I click "background" under page layout in the page setup section, it pops up with a new window. The window gives 3 options for inserting a picture including from file, Bing image search, and from your one-drive account. If I use two one-drive accounts from my laptop, is there a way to switch between the two one drive accounts?
