I want to make text populate based on what is in another tab. I want the text from the TOPICS tab to populate based on the number entered in column B on the weekly sign in sheet tab and the month also entered in column B also on the weekly sign in sheet tab. I’ve attached an example of what I am looking for. Thank you for the help!
You would get help quicker if you showed what outcome you expect

Sorry about that! In the example 1 tab I've attached, you'll see in cells B8, B13, B18 and B23 have the number 1. There is also a number 1 in cell C3. I want the cells in B8, B13, B18 and B23 to automatically populate the text associate with the number 1 from the TOPICS tab. I want the month associate with the monthly chat to update based on the text that goes with the month typed in B28. Everything should be based on the number in cell C3. In the example 2 tab, I did the same thing and put the number 2 in cells C3, B8, B13, B18 and B23. The month January is in B28. Let me know if there are any more questions.

First, if possible, sheet TOPIC, move "Weekly Minder Schedule" from A1 to B1, to keep all tables are in same structure.
