Need help to find a specific text in multiple columns then return the cell

I have watched many videos on YouTube about lookup, vloopup, hlookup, search, find, countif, if, or... to just find for me a solution to do it faster than hit Ctrl+F, type the item and scroll up to see which box contains it. Can anyone give me a function at G3? Or I am too overthink or something? Thank you!

Try this:

=INDEX($A$1:$C$1,SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$C$6=G2)*COLUMN($A$1:$C$1)))

Edit! It works .... thank you !! I forget to input data in G2 ... my bad!!!

=INDEX($A$1:$C$1,SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$C$6=F2)*COLUMN($A$1:$C$1)))
