    How to insert multiple lines in a column

    I am copying information from one sheet to another. I want it to have the format seen below, where each indent indicates another column. Each line of information is a separate line.

    Fitness & Exercise
    Zumba
    Yoga
    Yoga
    Yoga en Espaņol
    Hasya Family Yoga
    Gentle Yoga
    Weight Training
    Martial Arts
    Tai Chi

    The new information I want to add will go below Gentle Yoga in the same column. This information is:
    Gentle Yoga w/Dhila
    Gentle Yoga w/Kotecha
    Gentle-Yoga w/Dhila

    Is there a way to insert these lines/cells below Gentle Yoga without having to insert 3 blank rows first, then paste the information in? Can I insert several lines in only one column and have those lines automatically inserted across the whole table?

    If you press Alt Enter you insert a carriage return
