Pasting multicolumn data from a Web page

    Hello Excel experts,

I need to import data from a Web page that's formatted like this:

    DATE ASSET AMOUNT STATUS
    5 Nov 2019 17:45 NEO 89.00000000 COMPLETED
    11 Sep 2019 12:40 NEO 272.00000000 COMPLETED

I want to be able to paste it in such a way that all the columns will map correctly into corresponding columns in Excel. Is this possible? And if it is, than what are the steps?

    thanks

Try using paste special and select " As Text "

Before opening the thread I hovered the cursor over the title on the Results page and in the preview it appeared that the data was tab delimited.
If that is the case then you might be able to utilize one of the methods given in the following video tutorial produced by an instructor at Highline College: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyg1S0ywx-I&t=39s
Note that the video recommends using Power Query for data from the web (instructions begin at the 2:21 mark).
