Multiplying two cells and counting the total

Hi guys, need to multiply two rows together and count the totals.

For a safety report type thing, number of incidents, severity of the incident, and how many total incidents for that severity value.

The blue coloured cells need to contain the function, as the actual list is super long.

Try this:

=SUMIF($C$3:$C$8,B10,$B$3:$B$8)
