Are there dates anywhere that could be used?
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

Thank you
there is a date and a week number above each column.
The week number is custom formated to show wk1, wk2 etc.
I hope this attachment works how hard can it be to attach a file :-)
It is not clear to me, but below solutions may help:
For first 12 Wk of the year:
=AVERAGEIF($C$5:$Q$5,"<=12",C6:Q6)
For Weeks within,i.e, 5 and 7:
=AVERAGEIFS(C6:Q6,$C$5:$Q$5,">=5",$C$5:$Q$5,"<=7")
For last 12 weeks from the last week (wk 15 as per in sample)
=AVERAGEIFS(C6:Q6,$C$5:$Q$5,"<="&MAX($C$5:$Q$5),$C$5:$Q$5,">="&MAX($C$5:$Q$5)-11)
