Flash Fill a Series until it recognizes new series

Hello! This is most likely an easy solution, however I am unsure being there are blank rows until a new series containing the value i am looking to fill. In the attached image, I would Take cell A3, and in the adjacent yellow column i would like to flash fill down until it recognizes the next series. For example, Cell A3 the value "1045-014" would fill down in each cell until it sees the value "1400-101" in Cell A12 in which it would start to fill that value down until the next pause. Being the cells are blank in between the series i'm unsure if Flash Fill is the recommended solution for this. Same thing for the other cells in yellow, I.E. it would take orange in cell C7 and Fill it down until it sees Brown in Cell C12 in the next column. Can't believe i'm struggling with something that seems so simple or seems simple to do.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Luke

    Select column A.

Go to Find & Select>Go to Special... and select Blanks.

In the formula bar put the formula A3 and enter it with CTRL+ENTER.

You can repeat that for the other columns, changing A3 to the first cell with a value, e.g. for column C the formula would be =C4.
