Sum - Rollup -

I have an excel shee with Project Numbers and Budget values, i want to write a formula in a cell , it should sum all the budget values with same Project number.
I have shown the same in attachment, result required is shown in Yellow colour.
Please help me.

you could try sumif
this will sum all the values in cells b2:b2000 which have a project number the same as in cell A2

only in the first row sum total value should be shown, in other cells with same project number , value should be null

this should work so long as your data are sorted as in your spreadsheet, with all the values with the same project number in adjacent rows in column A
