Power Query - Refresh Preview

Hi

Often problems with Queries are resolved simply by using Refresh Preview on The Power Query Editor Ribbon.

How does one automate this so that the Preview is always current or at least <1 hour old?

Please note the Power Queries Load to Protected Sheets

I am open to a vba solution if necessary.
