Monthly to Weekly conversion with growth factor accounted

    Hi,

I wanted to learn how to convert monthly forecast to weekly and account for a week on week growth.

My monthly forecast has a month on month growth/trend. I converted that to daily and then weekly accounting for a 5 day week, holidays, week spread over 2 months and other such factors. However the result will given me an average weekly value (total adding up to the monthly total) and not account for week on week growth.

Am i taking the right approach?

    Need help!

    Thanks!

Hello ndesai5. Welcome to the forum.

It is almost always helpful to upload a sample Excel workbook.

Instructions for doing that are in the gold banner atop each page here.
