What is the best and convenient way to synchronize excel to google sheets or vice-versa?
If I update excel, google sheet must update automatically and the same goes for google sheet & excel.

Is your profile up-to-date? Are you really still using Excel 2007?
Why do you need to have your workbook on both platforms? I doubt this sort of cross-platform synchronisation is possible, at least not without some fancy coding.

Yes ma'am, I still use Excel 2007 (old office though xD).
I needed that because I've to update an excel sheet on daily basis and my colleagues need that information of the excel sheet. So, instead of showing them on my PC, I want them to view that info's on Google Sheet.
Why don't you just use Google Sheets for the whole operation? It would be much simpler to decide on a one-platform solution than trying to hybridise in this way.
Okay thank you, ma'am, I'll follow that.
