fast data load on power query ?? good idea or not ??

Hi All,
i have a file that has 102 power queries in all, about 75 of which are tables.

when i refresh all it takes approx 15-20 minutes.

ill refresh twice a day.

i am considering the FAST DATA LOAD option.

appreciate if you think this is an ok/good idea

and if so

can i change the settings to ALL of them by going QUERY/OPTIONS and turning ON FAST DATA LOAD.

but would that ONLY apply to all NEW queries that i set up and on my existing ones ill have to change EACH one in the properties.

i had no idea that was a rule, so thanks for bringing to my attention.

i shall not cross post in future.

being honest, the only reason i did was a lack or responses ( none in some cases ) to a few of my previous questions

also, however, being honest i have had questions on here that have been solved with thorough responses.

the forums are a fantastic idea and ill do whatever i can to help them progress, so its about picking the best forum then, so i ill stick with this one.
