The image is not visible, but as I said - the formula works only in current excel version. In 2003 - no way.
In Excel 2003 you could produce a list of room numbers (provided these are real numbers, not some other signs like 002, B202, Apt11, etc.) using such array formula* (and copy down to as many rows, as you expect could happen to be left on one day - as a maximum - total rooms count):
In excel 2003 the formula in F2 will not work, but the one in I2 and down shall do.
Note that Excel saving the file in xls format (to be readible in Excel 2003) converted also original formula into array one. This is not needed in excel 365
*Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
