    Removing Blanks Formula Question

    Hello all,

I'm trying to follow this article, there's obviously something I'm missing in the formula, but I'm just not seeing it and I'm not getting the results I want. I get 0's instead of the condensed list of Assemblies from column L.

    This is for Office 365.

I'm just trying to remove all the blanks from column L and return a condensed list in column J so my drop down doesn't have blanks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    For 365, you can use
    Formula: copy to clipboard

For 2016 it needs to be
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Re: Removing Blanks Formula Question

Oh nice! I thought there was probably an easier way, but didn't see anything on the web...

Only problem is, when I copy and pasted the 365 formula into the cell, I got a "#SPILL!" error for the first 8 or so cells, then it lists "modifications" 4 times and changes into a "#CALC!" error (see attached).

Any idea what I'm missing there?

    Re: Removing Blanks Formula Question

Delete all the formulae from col J5 downwards just leaving the formula in J4.
