List of names in various formats - need to generate a list which is uniform

Hi,

I have a simple list of names in various formats. Is there a way I can have these in a universal format? I'm aware of certain formulas which can match certain criteria but there are several different formats, is it possible to get excel to fix them?

The list is attached with all other columns removed. Thank You

Builds two lists - one separate first name or initial - second list combines both
Some oddities require human intervention - these have a yellow highlight in column 'B'
