Any assistance in creating a graph?

Long and short, i am trying to create a multi-line graph with data points. I can't figure out how to do it. I've got the graph created, but when i select my data(for just one selection) it gives me a jagged wave pattern, not a line. Ideally, i would like to be able to continually input data into the graph as i generate more and more data (it's an ongoing project and i need to have this portion of my data graphically reflected as well) but i can't even figure out one set, let alone one workbooks worth, and then data from previous and future workbooks. I have attached the workbook i am presently working on, the poorly-attempted graph is on Sheet 1, and the data i need to get plotted is Percent Passing from the 19.0-3/4 down to 200. This would also be my x-axis, with 100% down on the y-axis. PLEASE HELP!

It's all the merged cells that are causing the issue.

On sheet 1 I have create a data table of just the data so you can see the chart.

The area below in yellow is the amount of cells trying to be plotted, if you unmerge the rows/columns.

Andy, I feel like your always helping me out! It's much appreciated. Do you think it would be possible, just to save myself the headache (in the future) to create a table of the data that i need, but is auto-populated from the cells i need from the other sheets, which would then fill in the graph? Just for example, (and yes, i know its not actual code, im just exhausted and spit-balling) cell a2=QCgradationAH53, so on and so forth, or because it's originating from a merged cell would that still cause me a problem?

You can use INDEX and SEQUENCE to build contiguous block of data for charting.

    See new example file.
