    Graph assistance

I rushed this post so if anything is unclear then please ask.

Hi Guys need some help please! just been given a task which has to be done asap and am struggling to come up with a suitable way of showing what they want!

I need to display some Data in graph form.

    I have attached the spreadsheet.

Basically this data is the success rate of different ethnic groups by department and needs to be shown in one graph. The aim is to compare how Ethnicities do by department.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

Use a pivot table/chart to group and summarize.

I assume the average success rate will have to be the data displayed.

Not possible as you are wanting to sort series within each category.

Plus it would make it a nightmare to identify each segment of each column as the order would not be consistent. Even now the chart is cluttered and hard to read

    Re: Graph assistence

If you use Ethinicity as row label and Department as Report page you can rank the data. But you can only see a single department

    Re: Graph assistence

Assuming Department is being used as the Report page field then,
    Select the chart title
In the formula bar enter the cell address of the dropdown. something like,

    =Sheet1!b2

The chart title should now update when the report field changes.
