SharePoint Browser View Only Error - We can't open workbook. It's set to show...named item

I receive the error below for a file being opened in SharePoint / "Open in Browser" mode only - when Dashboard is the only sheet presented (not hidden). I want to hide Data_Drill, present Dashboard sheet only, and have users be able to open in SharePoint via their browser.

Users can successfully "Download" and "Open in App" with the workbook as-is. If I unhide both sheets -- Dashboard and Data_Drill, then it will open but only shows the Data_Drill sheet. If I hide Data_Drill and unhide Dashboard, it presents the error.

We can't open this workbook. It's set to show only certain named items, but they aren't in the workbook.
