Credit Card Activity Cleaning

Hello, I am planning on creating a budget for each month and part of that includes downloading a csv from my credit card website to import to excel. my credit card company tags transactions by category such as gasoline or restaurants. The issue is, I want to be more accurate because if I buy a sub at a gas station that counts as a gasoline purchase. I want to somehow clean this data by adding some kind of rule to operate gasoline charges by price. If my amount spent at a gasoline is above say 30 dollars, I am conformable with saying that it is actually gasoline. If it's under I want it to turn into a food category. I have tried to somehow transform the data before it imports but have seem to have zero luck. Any good ideas out there?

Are you using Excel 2016? I would remodel the raw data using PowerQuery.
