Hi
I have a worksheet named Credit Card Details.
Card Number is in Cell C3.
I use the text evaluation system to validate the card number.
Above gleaned from other posts
What is the best way to protect this number?

I have tried formatting the number with "################" 16 digits.
But I feel it may be best to move the row of data with a macro to another sheet protected, with a macro that deletes the original data afterwards without losing the original formatting of the row in order for it to be used again.
Is there such a macro, what do I call it as I am pretty naive when it comes to VBA.
Can I place a button on the Credit Card sheet to run the macro?
Any help please
