Cut/Paste between sheets - how increase reference cell in formula

Newbie here

I have a speadsheet for sport results
The first 20 tab are the player and we list the score of that player. Each column is the skill they performed. Each line is the matches in the season
the next 25 tabs are all the matches for the season. each line is a player, nd each column is a score for a specific skill

In the player 1 tab, I then referenced Match1:B3 then Match1:C3 etc etc

I want to create tab for player 2 -> 20, when I paste the content of tab 1 into tab2, I end up with match1:b3 and match2:c3, but I would like to get Match1:b4 and match2:c4 (because the 4th line in each match tab is the info about player 2)

Unfortunately I did not choose the design, I inherited it
I managed to fix it by using the INDIRECT and building the formula based on a single cell in the sheet
I added the new spreadsheet
