Lock conditional formatting, allow to input but don`t allow copy paste into the cells.

I was looking for an answer and found exactly same problem to mine and was hoping to get solution but instead, moan and post closed without answer.
Need to find different forum unless sb can answer how Can I Lock cells which have some conditional formatting done, allow staff to input into the cells but at the same time don't allow to past into those cells as this is messing up previously set conditional formatting?

The thread to which you alluded has all the explanation you need as to why it was closed.

I suspect that to do what you want would require VBA. I am happy to move this to the VBA section if you would like, however the way you began and have continued to comment adversely about the forum in this thread is most likely the reason why you've had nearly 150 views, but no help offered. There's nothing more likely than a bad attitude to put people off. If you get help here, it will be for free: bear this in mind and ditch the attitude.
